4 Things to Do to Ensure a Strong Social Media Profile

  • Complete Your Profile

An incomplete profile screams ‘amateur’ and is not going to do you any favours when it comes to growing your following. Upload a profile picture, include as much info as possible in the ‘about’ section and make sure that people can locate your company contact details with ease. Also, remember to include a link back to your company website.

 

  • Post Regularly 

Consistency is key when it comes to mastering the art of social media marketing. So, using tools like Facebook and Twitter insights, decide which days and times are the best for posting… and stick to these days and times. Just remember to limit your number of posts to a maximum of 3 per day so as not to overwhelm your audience.

 

  • Reply ASAP 

If a follower has taken the time to comment on one of your posts or write on your wall, be sure to reply to them as swiftly as you can – even (or should we say, ESPECIALLY) if the comment is negative.

 

  • Get Creative 

The more creative your social posts, the higher your chances are of getting more likes and shares, and the more likely your potential customers are to make a conversion!
